Hopper dryer is a new replacement of old standard hot air dryer. On the basis of original function, it is improved of environmental factors. It is used to dry the plastic material which humidified during packing, transportation and recycling.

 

During material processing, hopper dryer blows a constant temperature hot air into the dryer barrel, remove the moisture and dehumidify the plastic material. The blower blows a normal air pass through the electric heater, and then normal air becomes a high temperature hot air and passes through a small and big screen mesh, then pass through and dry plastic material evenly. In order save electric power, a hot air recycler is optional.

 

Hopper dryer is the most efficient and economic machine to dry plastic material. Duing to the compact design of hopper dryer, it can be directly installed on the plastic injection molding machine to save space. The normal capacity of hopper dryer ranges from 12KG to 1000KG with 13 models.
