AMD-H Series Honeycomb Dehumidifiers, work together with AMD-KG series of hopper dryer, are used to dry hygroscopic engineering plastics (such as PA,PC,PBT,PET etc.) with high efficiency. They can connect directly with molding machine or centralized dry material. The machine fixed with a honeycomb-rotor which used to offer an effective dehumidifying. Under ideal conditions, it can supply dehumidified dry air with a dew-point lower than -40℃.
Features & Specifications:
> Adopted P.I.D. temperature controller shows the setting value and actual temperature, control the regenerative temperature accurately.
> Advanced honeycomb rotor transmission design provides more stable performance, to avoid traditional belts disadvantage under high temperature.
>Double condensers structure to ensure lower return air temperature and dew point.
> The dew point of processing wind can reach -40℃, A better honeycomb is optional to use to as to make dew point reach -50℃.
> A dew point gauge is optional to use in order to monitor dehumidifying effect anytime.
> Novel design, nice appearance, easy to move.
> Adopt silica gel absorption honeycomb, with low regenerative temperature of 150℃, which can save more energy compared with molecular sieve structure with regenerative temperature of 200℃ above.
Accessory option
1) Centralized automatic control can be realized by optionally PLC touch screen controller.
2) Optionally dew-point monitor to realize dew-point real-time monitoring.
3) Optionally drying heater and its temperature controller to work with drying hopper for material dehumidifying and drying.
4) Optional heat-resistant air pipe, cyclone dust separator with floor stand, oil filter are available.
5) Molecular sieve honeycomb rotor is optional to reach -50℃ dew-point.
